Yes, to be eligible for any SRA specific award, your application should strictly go to the university through SRA platform only.
The application process normally takes a 4 weeks time period. You might hear back sooner than that but please do not panic if it takes a complete 4 weeks time.
Yes, you do not necessarily need to have IELTS or any other SELT at the time of application. However, we strongly recommend getting registered for one as soon as you submit your university application considering the limited seats and high level competition.
